Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great to have an indoor pool and spa. Bed extremely comfortable and amazing to have a terrace. Only grumble is in the room. The plug in the sink won't stay down and when you are staying for a week there's no drawers to put your clothes in nor enough hooks in room. However rooms are spacious and have tea and coffee facilities which is great!

I would not recommend this hotel. The price is not worth it. The service is not at all good and the staff show no empathy. They promise a hotel with a view, a room with a view of the city. Not at all. The view they promise is a narrow street under construction. I had all my cards stolen, the hotel showed zero empathy. What's more, in the stress I called the hotel to make sure everything had been deducted. A member of staff said yes, 5 minutes later a manager told me the opposite. In the meantime, I had already blocked all my cards and couldn't pay for anything on the spot. The staff showed no empathy for the situation, no commercial gesture, just condescension, telling me that I shouldn't stay in Porto if I no longer had a card to pay with. As soon as I asked for information about a service (massage or restaurant) the staff came to tell me that I had to pay before as I no longer had a card. In short, I don't recommend it. The comfort and the room are not even worth it. Hotel basic...

Very nice and comfortable room, good bed, fantastic bathroom and strong shower. They provide sleepers and bathrobe, tea and coffee making facilities for free but drinking water is charged for. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is very good and breakfast was first class and generous amounts. The wardrobe was small, no place for the coats. The bathrobes had seen better days but impressed about the washed and reused sleepers, they don't use disposable ones.
